A man had a Tesla key implanted in his hand so he can open his car by waving.

Cybernetics is described as the science of communications and automatic control systems in both machines and living things. I’m sure you’ve heard about people inserting microchips into their hands. Although one man took it to a whole other level.

Ben Workman from Utah is a self proclaimed cybernetics enthusiast. You could say he was tired of having to use a key to open his car. So what did he do? He had a piercing studio insert a key into his hand. The studio wasn’t too keen on the procedure but they went along with it.

Workman has not only had the key inserted into his hand but he has also had microchips inserted so he can share contact information, unlock doors at his work and log into his computer. Workman states,

In all reality, it was experimentation and curiosity,.. To get them in, they come in syringes, that you just place under the skin and pop the tags out, except the Tesla key.

Would you ever have a key or a microchip implanted into your body? Let us know what you think in the comments below.
