A driver was pulled over for using flashlights for headlights

When you drive at night you want to make sure you have good visibility. Not only do headlights help you see obstacles in the road but it also lets other drivers know where you are. In most states you have to have headlights in good working condition or you might get ticketed.

One driver in Washington was busted for using flashlights as headlights. He was pulled over by police and recieved a ticket. The flashlights were running low on battery so the lights were very dim.

In addition the flashlights did not meet the state’s minumum lumen brightness. The car itself looks like it has seen quite a few wrecks. That might be why they taped two cheap flashlights to drive around.

Lucky for them they didn’t cause any wrecks. What is the strangest quick-fix you’ve seen on a car? Let us know in the comments below!
