A man showed up to a Chevy Dealership in Virginia to check out a Corvette C8. Or so the staff thought. The salesman took the guy out front to check out a Red Mist C8. Just when he was checking the interior the thief locked the car and prevented the salesman from getting inside.
The key was inside the car so the man turned the car on and started driving away. He drove off the sidewalk before driving onto the nearby road. The staff inside was shocked that someone would do this. They ended up calling the cops and the man was arrested only a couple of blocks away. Just goes to show anybody will do anything for a joyride.
