A man in Scotland was pulled over for having a snow covered car. Most people know that you should always remove snow from your car after a snowstorm. Not only does it fixed your visibility but it can keep you from getting a ticket.
Well the owner of this vehicle cleared off a little snow before driving off. When we say little it was a small area right in front of the steering wheel. Other than that the car was completely covered. Well authorities in the area caught up to the driver and charged him with dangerous driving.
