Tesla recalls 6,000 vehicles due to the possibility of loose bolts

Tesla recently recalled 6,000 of it’s vehicles due to faulty manufacturing. In rare events the caliper bolts can become loose. If the caliper comes in contact with the wheel or tire it could cause the tire to loose pressure.

There have been no reports of any accidents due to the issue. The recall is for 2019-2021 Model 3 vehicles and 2020-2021 Model Y vehicles. The company said they will repair the vehicles by tightening the bolt.

Tesla says that the caliper can become loose and make contact with the wheel and tire.
