We all do stupid stuff from time to time. But on this California bridge a few took it a little far. They stop traffic on the Bay Bridge. It might have been fun at the time but they definitely could have hurt someone with that hooning in addition to impeding traffic.
There is a time and a place for everything. I doubt they were planning on getting in trouble but if you play stupid games you get stupid prizes.
