We are sure you have heard of Shelby. Also known as Carroll Shelby International, it is a custom performance manufacturer who does a lot of work with the Ford Motor Company. They have made things like the AC Cobra, Mustang GT500 and the Mustang GT500 Super Snake just to name a few. This leads us to the F150 Super Snake.
Shelby has recently stated that they are going to be creating a performance version of the Ford F-150 pickup. Now the truck is going to have 770hp so it lives up to the Super Snake name. Plus there is only going to be about 250 made so you know they are going to sell quick!
There are two options for the F150 Super Snake. One is a naturally aspirated version pushing out around 400hp. Where as the supercharged version will make a whopping 770hp. The supercharged version will hit 60mph in under 3.5 seconds! In addition there will be custom bodywork and interior, upgraded suspension, upgraded braking system and wheels.
The starting price for the truck is $86,085 but for an additional $7,300 you get the supercharged version and almost double the horsepower! What do you think about the truck? Let us know in the comments below!
