Eligibility: The “Mechanic Dice Set Giveaway” (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the Continental United States, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Forged N Fast, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins on May 5, 2024 and ends on April 1, 2024, at 11:59 PM EST (the “Entry Period”). Entries received after the Entry Period will not be considered.
How to Enter: Participants can enter the Sweepstakes by signing up for the Forged N Fast newsletter at https://www.forgednfast.com/mechanic-diagnosing-dice-giveaway/. Only one entry per person is allowed. No other method of entry will be accepted.
Prize: One (1) winner will be randomly selected to receive a set of Mechanic Dice. The total approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize is $99.99. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash.
Winner Selection: The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will take place within seven (7) days of the end of the Entry Period. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Winner Notification: The potential winner will be notified via email within seven (7) days of the drawing. The winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification to claim the prize. If the potential winner does not respond within the specified time, another winner will be selected.
General Conditions: Trotter Ventures LLC reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these official rules. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of Trotter Ventures LLC, which are final and binding.
