If you grew up watching Mythbusters on the Discovery channel you were not only entertained but educated. They tested and debunked myths. One of the hosts, Grant Imahara has sadly passed away.
A Discovery channel spokesperson stated,
We are heartbroken to hear this sad news about Grant. He was an important part of our Discovery family and a really wonderful man. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family,
Although it hasn’t been confirmed the cause of death is believed to be a brain aneurysm.
Imahara co-hosted Mythbusters and was on the show for over 200 episodes. He had advanced knowledge in robots and electronics. Imahara also worked with the vehicles during the experiments. He was a great mind that will surely be missed.
He provided work in films like Jurassic Park, The Matrix Reloaded and Star Wars just to name a few. Adam Savage was another host on the show and he paid his respects to Imahara.
