Most people don’t liked to see wrecked cars. Especially cars that are rare. Someone has taken the time to make something special and in an instant it can all turn into tragedy. Well we’re sure a few people are upset after a car transporter wrecked while carrying two new Ford Mustang Shelby GT500s.
The Michigan Department of Transportation stated that the I-75 northbound interstate was closed due to the wreck. It appears that the Ford one ton jackknifed and flipped the trailer it was pulling. From the images you can see two Mustang Shelby GT500s lying on their sides.
The base price of the Mustang Shelby GT500s are $73,995 a piece! With the optional add-ons the cars look like they have the damage easily exceeds $150,000. Not to mention the damaged trailer and truck. Its not too certain wether the cars were already sold or if they were on their way to a dealership.
